Hi! I’m personal trainer Chris Tedesco, and I’d like to welcome you to BodyQuest!
My personal training programs include one-on-one instruction in:
- Resistance training
- Flexibility
- Nutrition counseling
- Cardiovascular conditioning
- Functional training
By focusing on proper fitness training techniques and learning why each
of these areas of fitness is important, you and I lay the foundation
for a long, happy and healthy life.
My fitness training is unique and effective!
The famous renaissance sculptor Michelangelo worked under the
philosophy that the great masterpieces he produced already existed
inside the stone. His vision would lead him to set free the
masterpiece living inside.
As your personal trainer, I will apply that same philosophy.
Should you choose to accept my challenge, you and I will:

- Map out the steps necessary to achieving those goals…
- Create complete nutritional meal plans…
- Work hard…
- Do it together and SUCCEED!
